If you live abroad, you need to send all medical documentation in English: latest medical records, conclusions of doctors, tests results, MRI, CT, ultrasound investigations on a disk, X-rays, etc. to: info@tomo and support@tomo.kz

Second step:

- Air ticket booking - we can help patients to purchase air tickets at the best prices from all air carriers flying today through our partner's agency

- Patient has every right to purchase tickets on his own.

- Hotel reservation - we can select an accommodation option that meets all requirements of the patient: level, cost, location.

- We can order an airport-hotel-airport transfer. In this case, the driver meets the patient (with the patient's name plate) and accompanies to the hotel or clinic on a car.

- The clinic has an interpreter who is an employee of the medical institution.

Third step:

The duration of a patient's stay in the hospital depends on the disease and the prescribed treatment - from 7 days, in case of a general examination of the body with a consultation based on the results, up to a month and a half of treatment and more.

In 2021, the Partnership passed the international accreditation of the Joint Commission International (JCI) and is the highest indicator of the quality of medical care, patient safety, and the use of correct and modern treatment methods. JCI is considered the so-called "gold standard" in the quality of medical services.
